  • No Returns on Services: Since Laptop Luxe I.T Services provides repair, upgrade, and IT solutions, service-related payments are non-refundable once the service is completed.

  • Product Warranty Coverage: Any hardware or parts purchased through us come with the brand’s official warranty. As the customer is informed of the product before purchase, returns will not be accepted.

  • Customers have two options:

    1. Order the required parts themselves and request only service assistance from us.

    2. Purchase both the product and the service from us.

Service Warranty:

  • Our services are provided with a quality assurance guarantee, but we do not offer returns or refunds once the service has been rendered.
